DHS Diecast Open House - Live Appearance 7/31/16

Join WIXY1260Online as we appear live Sunday, July 31st from 9 am to 5 pm, at the DHS Diecast annual Open House.

The show offers…
- DHS Model and Diorama Show. About 20 different model builders show off their best stuff at this contest. We award winners in two categories, model building and diorama building. The Model Show goes on at the same time as the Open House in the same location.
- Models on Display. We actually open and display over 2500 diecast scale models at tables surrounding the room at the Open House. The models are all numbered and available to purchase as well as review. Models come from over 40 different manufacturers and are built all over the world.
- Kids area. The show is family-friendly and we encourage kids to play in our sandbox with provided construction toys. The kids area also offers games and face-painting during the day.
- Real Vehicles. We currently have vehicles coming from: Great Lakes Construction, Fabrizi Construction, Cloverdale Equipment, Brock Corporation, American International, Ohio Cat, The Ohio Army National Guard, Medina Supply, Rich’s Towing as well as many other individuals and companies. These vehicles will be there to explore and see up close.
- We also have vintage scooters, a Winton Automobile produced on Beria Rd. muscle cars, vintage trucks, hit miss engines, early 1900 Harleys, Colson Bicycles produced in Elyria, a 1939 Western Flyer bicycle designed and signed by Viktor Shreckengost for Murry Bicycle on the east side of Cleveland, an ambulance, newer custom painted motorcycles and a Whizzer motor bike.
