WIXY1260Online Release Regarding Voluntary Team Members LAKEWOOD, Ohio, May 5, 2014 WIXY1260Online has made many efforts over its first two plus years in existence to both increase listenership and brand awareness. Growing from a small hobby out of the owner’s home to an internet hit with an average listenership of 6000+ hours per month (and steadily increasing) and a geographical footprint that spans the globe. Although our owner, Gary Schmitz, is not a radio veteran by trade, he has a strong operational and technical knowledge base founded in his 40 plus years of experience as the President of BGE Technologies. To supplement his strong technological background and his love of WIXY 1260, our owner has enlisted the help of many volunteers who all bring the specific talents needed in order to successfully operate a next generation radio station that properly honors its roots.
