PISTON POWERED EXCITEMENT
Thanks to everyone who showed up at the IX Piston Powered Auto-Rama in March, we had an awesome time in our 5th year at the event hosting new and old friends, the legendary Belkin Productions (Fran & Jules Belkin), and Cleveland Radio Legend Larry Morrow! THE NEXT BIG THING
You may have heard some of the buzz by now, and we're just about ready for launch. WIXY1260Online's "Next Big Thing" is our new Sister Station, WIXY1260Beyond. WIXY1260Beyond will carry on our tradition of more music, less talk, and limited interruptions - promising at least 55 minutes of music every hour! There is a catch however - WIXY1260Beyond goes boldly into the future where, we feel, WIXY 1260 would have continued had they remained on the dial all those years ago. Our new Sister Station will not replace WIXY1260Online, instead it will compliment it by giving current and new listeners a choice to expand their listening options. WIXY1260Beyond is programmed to primarily play the top hits of the 80's and 90's, while dipping its toes into the "Beyond" (that being some 70's and 2000's).
